What it’s trying to achieve
- A simple, accessible interface (language + readability friendly).
- A request + offers workflow that is easy to coordinate and audit.
- A sustainable model: keep the marketplace open, while using it to support seniors safely.
Current status
- Live and iterating: core request + offers flows are deployed and usable, with ongoing improvements to safety, operations, and reliability.
What’s next
- Continue shifting toward an Airtasker-like marketplace: budgets, offers, acceptance, and task lifecycle.
- Keep senior safety as a first-class constraint (privacy redaction, verification tiers, and admin tooling).
